Ranger Towing Co has received 5 American Towman Ace Awards, 1996, 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005. The Ace Award is presented by the National Motor Clubs and American Towman Magazine for outstanding customer service. This award represents the top 100 towing companies in the country. It recognizes customer service excellence and response times. We received the 2005 Top Gun Award given by Allstate Motor Club. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, the US Chamber Of Commerce and the National Towing Alliance. We have been recognized by T.O.W.E.D. (Towing Operators Working To Eliminate Drunk Driving) and by Radio America for our community service radio announcements on WTMT radio. In past years, Ranger has held drunk driver awareness booths at Sellersburg Celebrates. Ranger Towing Co has also been nominated for the 2006 AAA Excellence in Service Award.

Ranger has one of the most advanced computer dispatch systems in all of the Louisville Metro Area. All runs are keyed into the system as the call comes in. This allows us to track the times on the call as well as the dates and persons involved on each call. We can accurately retrieve impound information in moments. All of our drivers are radio dispatched in the truck.  Our phone is answered 24 hours by a Ranger dispatcher. We never use a machine or answering service. We also have GPS units in each of our trucks and can pinpoint with great accuracy the whereabouts of each unit. This allows us to dispatch the closest available unit for the fastest response time. We’re linked by remote computer with AAA. We are the largest AAA contractor in Southern Indiana. We also provide service for most all other Motor Clubs in the country.

Lockout & Locksmith Services

In addition to the fastest, affordable lockout response, Ranger also offers the fastest, affordable locksmithing services.  We are equipped to make keys for all makes and models, including transponder keys.  Our locksmith is available 24 hours and unlike many local locksmiths, we answer our own phones -- 24 hours a day -- 7 days a week. You will always speak with a live employee of Ranger Towing, never an answering service!
